Is there SQLXMLBulkLoad.SQLXMLBulkload.4.0 available, I can only find
SQLXMLBulkLoad.SQLXMLBulkload.3.0?

The SQLXMLBulkLoad.SQLXMLBulkload.4.0 component installs with SQL Server
2005. There's an MSI file for it on the SQL Server 2005 install disk.
