Is this released?

"Peter Koen Asked: what happend to the UTCDateTime datatype? will it be back
in the final release?
Answered: No, unfortunately it will not make it into the final product. We
will release a sample that illustrates how to use User Defined Data Types
(UDTs) to implement utcdatetime."
Anyone knows whether this is released?
Thanks,I haven't seen the sample published. What are your requirements for such a
user-defined data type? I would expect it to be fairly easy to develop
something that leverages System.DateTime to provide a larger domain of
values and UTC functionality.
Hope this helps.
