Is there any wizard for sql query tuning?

Hi,
I have a query to be tuned. Do we have a wizard for doing this? the
query is:

Is there any tools to collect the sql statment run information and run log?

For our coming performance tuning and trace which happen on some query is so
slow, we need to collect all sql statements run and time spending to run
log. Is there any tools help we to collect it?
SQL Profiler (Start\Run\Microsoft SQL Server 2005\Performance Tools)
If it's not there, then install Client Tools\Management Tools from the SQL
Server media.
