is this even possible?

Hello,
I'm hoping someone in here can tell me if this is even possible and if
it is how I could do it.
I have a simple query that produces a result like so:
FName LName FullName
-- -- --
--
Joe Blow Joe Blow
Some Guy Some Guy
Frank Sinatra Frank Sinatra
However, I would like to get the data a to display like so:
FullNames
----
Joe Blow, Some Guy, Frank Sinatra
Any ideas?
